This year, the early bird who caught the worm gains entry into one of the most highly anticipated events in San Francisco – the Outside Lands Festival. All 65,000 tickets to the popular three-day extravaganza have been sold out, which is scheduled to descend upon Golden Gate Park between August 9 and August 11, 2013. The sixth annual festival will deliver the sights and sounds of live music performances, unique food creations, art, more than 30 craft brews from California, and an assortment of many more activities.

While many people may have purchased their tickets to catch some of this year’s headlining acts (such as Paul McCartney, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, and Phoenix), others are will be looking forward to hearing the music of Pretty Lights, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, D’Angelo, Jurassic 5, and Willie Nelson & Family.

According to a press release, the tickets to the Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival have sold out in record time, with a portion of every sale going towards benefitting San Francisco’s Recreation and Park Department.
