1. Car or Taxi

The quickest route from the Ritz-Carlton to Golden Gate Park takes about 15 minutes by car or taxi. Start by heading south on Stockton Street toward Pine Street, and make the first right onto Pine Street. Turn left onto Gough Street before turning right onto Geary Blvd. Turn left onto Stanyan Street – the park will be on your right.

2. Bike

A bike ride from the hotel to the park takes about 33 minutes, and takes riders along the Panhandle.

Head north on Stockton Street toward California Street, and take the stairs. Make a sharp left onto Stockton Street Tunnel before continuing on Stockton Street. Make a right turn onto Sutter Street before making a left onto Mason Street. Next, turn right onto Market Street. Turn right onto McAllister Street, and then make a left onto Baker Street. Make a right onto San Francisco Bicycle Route 30, and then continue onto San Francisco Bicycle Route 30 into the park. Take a left onto Fell Street, followed by a right turn onto Stanyan Street. The park will be on your left.

3. Bus

The quickest bus route from the hotel to the park is to take the 21-bus (Hayes – Direction: Golden Gate Park). You will take a 9-minute walk to Market Street and Montgomery Street, where the bus departs. You will arrive at Hayes Street and Stanyan Street, where you walk straight to enter the park.

It will take about 36 minutes to reach the center of the park following this bus route.
