1. Car or Taxi

It takes about 9 minutes to drive in a car or taxi to the park from the hotel. Start by heading west on Sutter Street toward Octavia Street, and make a left onto Laguna Street. Next, take the 3rd right onto Geary Blvd, followed by a left turn onto Stanyan Street. The park will be on your right.

2. Bike

For a nice 20-minute bike ride from the hotel to the park, start by heading west on Sutter Street toward Octavia Street, and make a left onto Laguna Street. Turn right onto Post Street, followed by a left turn onto Webster Street. Make a right turn onto McAllister Street, and then a left onto Baker Street. Turn right onto San Francisco Bicycle Route 30, making a right to stay on the bike route. Make a left turn onto Fell Street, and then continue onto John F Kennedy Drive into the park.

3. Bus

The quickest bus route to reach Golden Gate Park requires about an 8-minute walk from the hotel to catch the 31-bus (Balboa – Direction: Ocean Beach) at Eddy Street and Laguna Street. The bus will arrive at Turk Street and Stanyan Street. You will then walk down Stanyan Street (approximately for about 9 minutes) before reaching the entrance of the park. The entire trip will take 25 minutes to complete.

4. Walk

It will take about 50 minutes to walk from the Queen Anne Hotel to Golden Gate Park. Start by walking west on Sutter Street toward Octavia Street, and turn left onto Steiner Street. Make a slight right toward Geary Blvd, and take the stairs. You will then make a right onto Geary Blvd, and make a left when you reach Divisadero Street. Next, make a right turn onto Hayes Street, before turning left onto Stanyan Street. Make a slight right to stay on Stanyan, and you will see the park on your right.
