Transportation from Le Meridien Hotel to Golden Gate Park

1. Car or Taxi

The shortest route from the hotel to the park takes about 17 minutes to complete.

Start by heading south on Battery Street toward Commercial Street, and then make a right turn onto Pine Street. Turn left onto Gough Street, and then make a right onto Geary Blvd. Turn left onto Stanyan Street, and the park will be on your right.

2. Bike

The quickest bike route from Le Meridien to the center of the park takes about 40 minutes to complete.

Start by heading south on Battery Street toward Commercial Street, and then make a right turn onto Market Street. Make a slight right onto San Francisco Bicycle Route 32, and then continue onto San Francisco Bicycle Route 830. Follow the bike trail throughout the park.

3. Light Rail

You will take the N – Judah (Direction: Ocean Beach via Downtown), which departs at Metro Embarcadero Station (a 7-minute walk from the hotel), and arrives at Carl Street and Stanyan Street, which will take you into the park.

It is a 31-minute trip from the hotel to the park when riding the light rail.

4. Bus

It’s about a 6-minute walk to the departure stop for the 5-bus (Fulton – Direction: Ocean Beach) at Market Street and Front Street. The bus arrives at Fulton Street and Stanyan Street West. The complete trip from the hotel to park is around 35 minutes long.
