It takes about 21 minutes to reach the center of Golden Gate Park from the Hotel Boheme in a car or taxi.
Start out by heading southeast on Columbus Avenue toward Vallejo Street. Turn right onto Broadway Street. Pass through the Robert C Levy Tunnel, and then continue on to Broadway Street. Make a left turn onto Gough Street. Turn right onto California Street. Turn left onto Park Presidio Blvd, and then continue onto Park Presidio Bypass Blvd. Continue onto Crossover Drive, and then make a right turn at Martin Luther King Jr Drive. Take the first right onto Transverse Drive, and then continue on Middle Drive West to reach the center of the park.
It takes about 42 minutes to bike to Golden Gate Park from the Hotel Boheme.
First, you’ll head southeast on Columbus Avenue toward Vallejo Street. Make a right turn onto Vellejo Street, and then turn left onto Stockton Street. Go through the Stockton St Tunnel, and continue onto Stockton Street. Turn right onto Sutter Street followed by a left turn onto Mason Street. You will next make a right onto Market Street before reaching San Francisco Bicycle Route 32, where you will make a slight right. Continue onto San Francisco Bicycle Route 830, where you will make a right turn followed by a left turn to keep on the bike route throughout the park.
Although not the only bus route to consider, taking the 12-bus (Folsom/Pacific – Direction: the Mission District) to Sansome Street and Sutter Street, and then transferring onto the 5-bus (Fulton – Direction: Ocean Beach) which arrives at Fulton Street and 22nd Avenue is the quickest way to reach Golden Gate Park from Hotel Boheme by bus.
The entire trip by bus to the center of the park takes about 55 minutes.
